Team Genesis defeated Team John 3-1 on penalties at the KG sports Foundation football for Christ Easter Fiesta.

About 100 kids from U13-U17 took part in the two day event sponsored by Dr Ken Gadaffi the CEO of KG sports Foundation was well received by the kids and community in Agbor, Delta state.
The players were drawn into different teams using the Books in the Old and New Testaments.
Games were played 8 v 8 with 15 minutes running time per game.
After the round robin group phases, Genesis and John progressed to the finals which Genesis eventually prevailed.
Speaking After the tournament, chairman of the Agbor Coaches and Directors union ( AFCADU) Coach Onyeka Alika luaded the program and commended the organizers for a job well done
“This is the first of the kind in Agbor, I am very impressed and I commend the organizers especially the sponsor of this event Dr. Ken Gadaffi, Director of KG Sports Foundation” “The kids had fun and
it wads a good opportunity for them to learn about Jesus Christ and how he died for mankind” Coach Alika said.
“It was really interesting program and we all Enjoyed it, We wish to do it again” Jimmy Jonathan one of the participants said.
“I want to say very big thanks to the organizers of this tournament, it was a very great one, since i started playing football i have never experienced something like this. I am very happy” Fada Gift another participant hailed the program.
One of the parents who watched the fiesta also commended the organnizers and called for more of such in the future. “A vey big kudos to the organizers of this fiesta, it was very well organized and really interesting, I think the players all had fun
and i hope we wioll se emore of this in the future” Mr Charles stated.
