Director of Football at Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) FC, Chief Alloy Chukwuemeka, has described the appointment of Aliyu Zubair as the coach of the Nigeria Men’s U20 National Football Team, Flying Eagles, as a right step in the right direction while praising the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) for making the right decision, Sports 247 reports.
In a statement, Chukwuemeka congratulated Coach Zubairu on his well-deserved appointment, as Zubair has proven his mettle over the years and his appointment is good for Nigeria’s youth football.
“Coach Zubairu is an exceptional coach with a proven track record of success, having led El-Kanemi Warriors back to the top tier of Nigerian football and excitingly winning the Federation Cup.
His appointment is commendable and a testament to the NFF’s commitment to investing in the future of Nigerian football,” Chief Chukwuemeka said.
He added that Coach Zubairu’s experience and expertise will be invaluable in shaping the next generation of Nigerian players.
“I do not doubt that Coach Zubairu will lead the Flying Eagles to greatness and make Nigeria proud. The NFF has made an excellent choice, and I commend them for it,” Chukwuemeka concluded.
