Nigeria’s U-17 assistant captain, Mary Aderemi has donated equipment worth thousands Naira to Onimarg football club of Akure .
Mary who made the donation at the team’s training camp in Akure said the talents at Onimarg Fc inspired her to make the donation.
” I’m surprised at the talents Onimarg Fc has , the players are young, skilled and disciplined, the team in few months will shock many in the country”
Mary further emphasized on the need for women football coaches to keep encouraging young talents , saying they are the ones who gives deserving and desired results .
” Sincerely, Onimarg Fc will go places , seeing quality players and the level of organization in the team should be a source of encouragement to others , I think the club should be commended ”
Coach Tayo Onilude, CEO Onimarg Fc, described the gesture of Mary Aderemi as incredible.

Mary Aderemi represented Nigeria at the FIFA U-17 women’s world cup in 2022 and she is still part of the squad.
Onimarg Fc could be recalled exited the president Federation Cup ( Women category) following a loss to FC Robo .
Mary Aderemi is from Ondo state .
