Spearheaded by Motiva Sports, the F2G program is dedicated to developing young football talents beyond the pitch. Through this collaboration, Fish for Life Foundation will provide specialized training in soft skills, leadership, and digital literacy, ensuring participants are prepared for success both within and outside of sports.

Dr. Ope Banwo, a US-based attorney and Founder of Fish for Life Foundation, emphasized the importance of this initiative. “By integrating digital education and soft skills into the F2G program, we are empowering young athletes with the tools necessary for long-term success, whether in sports or other career paths.”

Babajimi Ogunlana, a FIFA-licensed player agent, media expert, and CEO of Motiva Sports, highlighted the program’s holistic approach. “Football success is about more than just talent—it requires education, discipline, and adaptability. With Fish for Life’s expertise, we are equipping our participants to thrive in today’s evolving world.”

As part of this partnership, Fish for Life will offer training in communication, leadership, career planning, branding, digital marketing, and leveraging online platforms for professional advancement.

By integrating these critical skills, the F2G program ensures that young footballers not only excel in their sport but also develop the knowledge and confidence needed for a successful future.

This collaboration marks a significant step toward empowering the next generation of athletes, helping them build sustainable careers while making a lasting impact in their communities.

The initiative will kick off with a symposium on Thursday, 27th February 2025, followed by virtual soft skills training sessions in the first week of March 2025
