Following the announcement of the restart of the NWFL on February 10th, Inform Dream Ladies of Lagos Player, Favour Kalu has expressed optimism on her team picking up their first away win of the league campaign.
NWFL Chairperson, Aisha Falode made the huge announcement of the NWFL restarting on February 10th after all fourteen (14) teams participating in the League all abided by the Covid 19 preventive protocols issued by the Heath Organizations at the commencement of the League season on the 9th of December, 2020.
Speaking with Sports247 after the announcement, Favour Kalu, a player of Dream Ladies of Lagos expressed her delight on the restart of the League, stating that she is also optimistic of her team registering their first away win of the league season when they play away from home against Osun Babies FC.
“I feel very delighted and happy with the announcement”.
“We are ready to face and defeat any team that comes our Way”.
“With the preparations and training we have had, I am optimistic by the Grace of God that we will get our first away victory against Osun Babies Fc”, she stated.
Favour Kalu will hope to help her team to a successful campaign, as the NWFL continues with mouth-watering football actions and excitement.
