Following an eventful Matchday 1 of the Nigerian National League season kick-off, Giant Brillars’ sensational midfielder, Falodun Onome has revealed his excitement over his team starts after grabbing a draw in Lagos against their opponent, scoring the match-saving goal for his side.
He reacted after the nervy draw with Sports247, “It’s a very good start from us, we came all the way from Enugu to play and to even get a goal although we had a chance to win but it was disallowed I still thank God and our fans in Lagos.”
“Am setting a winning piece, we will go to a higher level by God’s grace this year and promote to the premier and most of us will find our way out of the country.”
Ahead of the Matchday 2 home clash at Enugu, he stated “for sure, with this very good start, we will surely win at our home ground and beat 3SC next week,” he assured fans.
