YG Boy Striker, Christopher Solomon has boasted that he has what it takes to score more goals for his team in the subsequent matches.
Solomon netted a late goal to earn his team a 1-0 victory over Badagry United in week four of the Ekofootball League.
Solomon scored the late goal in the 70th minute to smash the unbeaten records of Badagry United in an encounter played yesterday at the French Village, Badagry.
Solomon while chatting with Sports247 boasted that he is back and better to bang the goal for his team and warned their other opponents to beware of YG Boys.
“This is my first goal in the league and it was a very crucial goal because we needed the three points to move up on the table and I thank God that I did it. Expect more goals from Solomon in the subsequent matches,” he boasted.
Solomon said the victory would spur them to win their next home match and noted that they are determined to give their best in the remaining matches.
While reacting to the defeat, Badagry United Coach, Johnson Yanrin expressed disappointment but pointed out that he was able to assemble the players recently ahead of the league.
“Of course, we lost to a better side. Like I said before, my boys are young and we just assembled them not up to six months ago, he said.
In his own comment YG coach, Mohammed Elkarrem was full of joy for the hard victory and commended his boys for the job well done.
