The 2024 Ikeja Divisional Football Association/Honourable Rasaq Ajala (DFA/HRA) Women’s League is set to kick off with a thrilling encounter between Ghetto Tigers and Fackson Nextpro Angels on Saturday, 24th August 2024, at 2:00 pm.
The eagerly anticipated opening ceremony will mark the start of the competition, which promises to be a vibrant display of women’s football talent in Lagos State.
In Group B, the Ghetto Tigers and Fackson Nextpro Angels are expected to deliver an intense battle as they set the pace for what’s to come in the league.
The first round of fixtures will see Alimosho Ladies take on Future Stars 99, while SGH Amazons clash with Unification Ladies, rounding off an exciting start for Group B.
Group A will commence its Week 1 matches on 31st August 2024. Dynamic Queens will face Wasbak Int’l,
while Ablaze Amazon lock horns with Dannaz Ladies. Honour Ladies will compete against Flourish Queens in another much-anticipated match.
Each of these teams will be looking to establish dominance early in the league, setting the stage for a competitive season.
