The LAB Memorial Football Carnival Season 2 is just around the corner, and anticipation is reaching fever pitch.
Dr. Shola Balogun, the Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) is promising a host of surprises for both participating teams and fans.
The much-anticipated event is set to take place at the Unilag Football field on Saturday, September 16th, 2023.
With eight teams vying for victory in this one-day tournament, only one will emerge as the champion.
“Last year, the initiative was kickstarted, and it’s with great pleasure that we observe the significant improvements we’ve made this year. We are ready, and we expect all the teams to be ready as well. It’s important to remember that this is not a do-or-die affair. We urge everyone to respect the decisions of the referees and let’s have a free and fair game. LAB Memorial Season 2 is going to be a carnival of fun and excitement. Surprises are the order of the day,” Dr. Shola stated.
