Former Super Eagles midfield master, Friday Ekpo has concluded arrangements to bury his father, the late Elder Friday Joe Ekpo.

Friday Ekpo, The Former Nigerian International who is the eldest son of the deceased, described his father as an adviser and a peaceful man who died at the rightful age of 86 years.

A statement on behalf of the family by Coach Ekpo made available to the media recently further described the late Elder Ekpo as a devout Christian, disciplinarian, and a father to many who came his way.

According to the statement,” My late father was a peacemaker, he was helping people to achieve their set goals and always advised people to do the right thing at all times”.

” He encouraged us to serve God with all our hearts, my late father talked peace, ate peace, slept with peace, and ensured that there was peace in our family”.
