As the 2024 Lekki Scrabble Classics (LSC2024) approaches, Samuel Anikoh, President of the Lekki Scrabble Club, has encouraged all participants to see themselves as winners. Scheduled to kick off soon, this year’s edition promises an elevated experience for all players.

In its third edition, LSC2024 has introduced new strategies to enhance the tournament atmosphere. Prize money has doubled, and additional incentives await participants. Speaking to the media, Anikoh highlighted that the tournament will offer a “fresh experience” for every player who registers via the event’s official link.
“We’ve left nothing untouched to make this edition a whole new level,” Anikoh stated. “Scrabble players can’t afford to miss this event. We bring more than just competition—it’s an entire experience. With a top prize of one million naira, and numerous packages to make the tournament worthwhile, every participant is a winner.”
Anikoh also revealed some exciting features for the tournament, including technological innovations, a special joust between the LSC2024 winner and a club member, as well as a celebrity matchup. In celebration of Independence Day, lunch and dinner will also be provided for all participants, adding to the event’s prestige.
