Anjorin, a former England youth team player of Nigerian descent, endured a season marred by injuries during his loan spell at Huddersfield Town in the Championship. As he returns to training at Cobham alongside other players who have completed their loan stints, Chelsea is exploring the possibility of loaning out the promising midfielder.

Unfortunately, Anjorin’s playing time was severely limited last season due to an ankle issue, rendering him unavailable for selection in 38 games with the Terriers.

The 21-year-old Anglo-Nigerian has caught the eye of clubs in England, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, and Scotland, all expressing interest in securing his services.

While Chelsea is open to the idea of loaning Anjorin, the club currently has no plans to sell him during this summer transfer window. The Blues have already sanctioned the departure of several first-team players as part of their squad restructuring.

Anjorin has been associated with Chelsea since joining the club at the U9 level. Progressing through the youth team ranks, he made his senior debut in a Carabao Cup match against Grimsby Town in September 2019, when he was just 17 years old. To date, he has accumulated 31 appearances for Chelsea, Lokomotiv Moscow, and Huddersfield Town, showcasing his potential and versatility on the field.
