Nigerian midfielder, Oghenekaro Etebo has stated his desire to remain in Spain in bid of Champions league participation amidst a turbulent career laden with injury woes.
The Getafe middle man on loan from parent club, Stoke City, seeks to get career back on track and has not ruled out moving back to England.
“I want to remain in Spain and get UCL football but I don’t mind going elsewhere inasmuch I get playing time and everyone is seeing my quality and what I can do”, Etebo revealed.
“I am a Journey man, settling in a particular club gives you that sense of belonging, it makes you at peace and pushes you to give your all to the team”.
Getafe had been on a run of good form in Laliga with a subsequent win over Dutch giants, Ajax in the Europa League with a return leg set to be played tomorrow as they host Celta Vigo next in Laliga.
