The Nigerian defender equalled his second goal of the season in the English Premier League, EPL, in the 38th which put Nottingham Forest in the lead in the match played on Saturday afternoon.
He finished off a brilliant counterattacking move from the Forest, with Neco Williams delivering a low cross which found Ola Aina in a great position at the far post, and made no mistake by firing past Mark Flekken in goal for Brentford.
Anthony Elanga scored early in the second half to take the game beyond Brentford and guaranteed Nottingham Forest a fourth place, a champions spot, ahead of their Boxing Day encounter with Tottenham in the EPL.
Ola Aina has become a super regular for the Nuno Espirito side as he managed to reach his highest tally of two goals in a season just after 17 matches this term.
Ola has been an integral part of the refreshed Nottingham Forest who have now extended their unbeaten run to three games, and their consistency has kept in the hunt for a Champions League ticket against all odds.
