Nigerian forward Emmanuel Dennis is on the verge of joining Watford Football Club on a permanent basis from Club Brugge, Sports247 reports.
Both clubs have reached the transfer of the winger with personal terms between Watford and the player set to be finalized in the coming hours.
“An agreement with Club Brugges has been reached for the transfer of exciting young forward Emmanuel Dennis, we are delighted to confirm!” a Watford club statement reads.
Dennis, 23, spent the second half of last season on loan at German Bundesliga club 1.FC Koln after he fell out with the bosses at Club Brugge.
He joined the Belgium giants in 2017 and has made over 90 appearances for the Blue-Blacks in that time scoring 27 goals.
A Nigerian international, Dennis, will join his countrymen Willian Troost-Ekong, Isaac success, and Tom Dele-Bashiru at the newly-promoted Premier League club.
