The much anticipated Ekofootball league playoff would hold tomorrow afternoon (3pm) at the FIFA legacy pitch of the national stadium, Surulere, Lagos.
The match would be played between Dosu Joseph Football Academy of Ikeja and Roro Football Club of Badagry.
A winner in tomorrow’s encounter would qualify for the national amateur play off.
Dosu Joseph Academy have started preparation ahead of the play off after defeating Jimmy FC 2-1 in a recent friendly match.
Speaking ahead of tomorrow’s encounter, Dosu Joseph academy coach, Kayode Agboola expressed confidence that his boys would come out victorious.
He further explained that the academy have young players who are ready to deliver the sole ticket for the fans.
“We are looking forward to the game. We have come a long way and we cannot afford to lose to our opponents.It is going to be an interesting and tough game,”he said.
Secretary of Lagos State Football Association,Okikiposu Akeem urged the finalists to see the game as friendly not a do or die affairs and warned any team that violates the rules would be sanctioned accordingly.
He also urged the football fans to comport themselves during the game and avoid any social vices that can tarnish the image of the playoff.
