The Ekiti State Football Association Chairman, Mr Bayo Olanlege will begin the tour of all local football councils in the state today starting with Ijero and Ekiti West Local Football Councils.
The Ekiti FA boss will deliberate with football stakeholders ranging from sports coordinator for primary and secondary schools, referees society, coaches association, local club owners, sport officer from the local government, players union, and Red Cross Society of Nigeria.
The meeting with Ijero LFC is schedule to hold at the Local Government Hall Ijero Ekiti starting from 1pm while Ekiti West LFC meeting will hold at the Local Government Hall, Aramoko Ekiti by 3pm.
The tour is hinged on “Building a viable football culture in EkitiFootball Ecosystem using the LFCs as the fulcrum”.
The aim is to strengthen football administration in the grassroots as part of the efforts to build a sustainable football culture in the state.
