Chairman FC Robo Queens of Lagos Emmanuel Osahon has congratulated Muslims in the state and all part of the country on the successful fast and the celebration of Eid-el-Fitri festival.
Osahon disclosed this, while congratulated the Muslims among the FC Robo Queens on Saturday that his players, fans and Nigerians should use the just-concluded Ramadan fasting to seek the God’s mercy and urged them to pray that God should heal the country from economic, security challenges as well as a pandemic disease that is ravaging the country and world at large.
“Let me use this opportunity to felicitate with my Muslim brothers and sisters all over the country for the successful completion of thirty days of Ramadan fasting. May Almighty God answer our prayers. I also want to tell my players, our fans and well-wishers to celebrate this Eid-el-Fitri in moderation and shun vices that could land them into trouble. In addition, I also want to remind my fans, players and management staff not to forget to maintain social distancing, using their face mask and watching their hands with sanitizers regularly so as to avoid spreading of the pandemic disease,” he said.
Osahon urged his players to continue doing their personal training after the Eid-el-Fitri saying that they should shun vices that can affect their football career during this partial lockdown the country is witnessing presently.
He also thanked his fans, well-wishers and Lagos State Football Association for their unrelenting support given his team in the years past.
