Players and technical crew of Edo Queens fc
are expected to resume training Monday the 6th of January after a two week Xmas break. Why the newly recruited players are also expected to join their mates on Wednesday the 8th of the same month.
Technical Adviser of the Godwin Obaseki girls Gabriel Adejor, said all machinery have been put in place for the the girls to excel in the 2019/2020 NW FL season. He Maintained that he decided to give two days Grace to the new comers to enable them do all they needed to do with their former clubs. He worned that any player who refuse to report to camp on the said date would have herself to blame.
“I’m happy that some of the players are already in camp for serious business. We gave them two weeks Xmas break, and we all agreed that we are resuming camp on Monday 6th of January 2020. So i expect the camp to be bubbling by Sunday evening.”
“Again we have put all logistics in place to make our training a hitch free exercise. So it is not going to be business as usual, every player in Edo Queens must be ready to battle for a shirt, because it is only those that are ready to deliver that will wear our new fanciful jersey.”
“We have also set target for ourselves, by the special Grace of God we must break the jinx of Edo Queens not winning medals. We are battle ready to make things happen. The state government have done much for sports in the state, so we must do our very best to put smiles on the faces our numerous fans. And the only way to make them happy and do more for us is to win laurels.”
