As part of the preparation for the forthcoming new NWFL 2020/21 season, Edo Queens FC in Abuja to participate in the Flying Officers Gold Cup pre-season tournament for NWFL teams across the country.
Edo Queens’FC is being led by the Technical Manager veteran coach Rollanson Odeh.
He said he is delighted that Edo Queens will be participating in this all-important build-up competition for NWFL female teams in the country, adding that it is an opportunity for coaches to see what they have for the league.
” It is a welcome development, we are happy to be part of the event, I think is an opportunity for us as managers to see what we have, work on areas that we feel we have not gotten right, and move on. So I want to thank the organizers for this initiative.”
It could be recalled that Edo Queens’FC won the first-ever organized Naija Ratels pre-season tournament played earlier this year at the Ape Aku Stadium Makurdi Benue State.
