Assistant coach of the Lagos State football festival team, Sulaimon Kolawole has issued a rallying cry to his boys to beware of complacency as there is still much task ahead aftermath the victory against team Ekiti to clinch a place in the festival ceremony at Edo coming up in April.
Speaking exclusively to sports247 at Ibadan after the game, Ahmed narrated their ordeal, “It’s not an easy task but we are happy to play this match and come out victorious.”
“We will analyze our performance and all those areas of misfit will be fixed before the festival because Ekiti State gave us a hard time nonetheless it’s a good one, we are heading to Edo by Thursday.”
“Now that we have qualified now, our aim and target is gold at Edo, we will need to execute our plans and we will go all out.”
“We plead the support of our fans at this crucial time of qualification, we also appreciate the Lagos State F.A., we won’t disappoint them, it has not been easy without them, so we plead their continued support and contribution”, he beseeched.
