General manager of Utility Sports Football Club of Lagos, Abiodun Lawal has expressed displeasure over his team’s inability to win their week four match against Da Faria FC in the ongoing Dynasty Scouting League.
Felix Terso of Utility Sports who scored in the 70th minutes was not enough as Da Faria snatched late equaliser to end the encounter 1-1 on Thursday at the Dipo Dina International Stadium, Ijebu-Ode Ogun State.
Lawal who was highly disappointed over his players performance urged the players to buck up in their remaining matches.
“Honestly my players have not done well.They had the opportunity to win the game unfortunately they conceded late goal which cost our position on the table. Our next game is a must win because failure to win, more players would face the consequences,”he said.
Lawal still believes that his boys can do better if they know the importance of the league.
He noted that the league is not ordinary league but a well standardized scouting league where many foreign scouts and football fans have been watching the league through live streaming and commended the organisers for the job well done.
Meanwhile in other results, Kakawa played 1-1 with Immaculate, Ladegbuwa and MKA ended in barren draw as Leal thrashed Greatness 3-0.
Currently on the table after week four,Leal FC are on top with nine points, Ladegbuwa and MkA occupy second and third position respectively with seven points but Ladegbuwa have superior goal difference to top its closest rival.
Utility Sports are in fourth position with five points, while Greatness occupy fifth position with five points.Da Faria are in sixth position with four points, while Kakawa occupy seven position with three points as Immaculate FC are rooted bottom on the table with two points.
