Dr. Ibrahim Adamu Alhassan, the Permanent Secretary of the Nasarawa State Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, was celebrated on Thursday with the prestigious Humanitarian Award by Otusha Charity Foundation, a leading non-profit organization committed to community empowerment.
