Following the superb performance of Prince Kazeem Eletu Football Club of Lagos displayed at the just concluded Moroccan invitational tournament, four players from Eletu Football Club and two from Eletu Football Queens have signed for Moroccan clubs.
The club chairman, Prince Kazeem Eletu in a statement confirmed the signing of six players noting that the lucky players are already in Morocco training with their various clubs ahead of the new season.
Among the six players signed for the Moroccan clubs are the captain of Eletu FC, Habayomi Eletu Odibo penned for Club Lttifaq Sportif Marrakech. Adeleke Oluwatobi Babatunde joined SCCM that are currently playing in the first division league in the North Africa country.
Muiz Owolabi and Ajadi Morakinyo also penned for U-19 SCCM in Morocco. The Eletu head coach, Gilles Hugon was announced by the club management to handle U-19 SCCM ahead 2021\2022 new season.
The statement also confirmed that Habiba Eletu Odibo has signed for the second division of the Moroccan female team known as Renaissance Al Madiq Football, while Edidiong Innocent also completed her signing with Jeunesse Espoir Quazzane that is currently playing in division two in Morocco.
Team Manager of Prince Kazeem Eletu, Mufutau Eletu told our correspondent that this is a new dawn in the club and what happened to the club recently was a clear indication of vision the club owner has for the club years ago and boasted that all the players signed for Moroccan clubs are good enough to shine in the Moroccan league.
He, however, explained that those who are still with Eletu would soon get offers from clubs outside the country as management is still in talks with some football agents who are interested in some players in Eletu FC and Eletu Queens.
He urged their fans in Nigeria and diaspora to continue to support the club to achieve record more success before this year runs out.
Meanwhile, Prince Kazeem Eletu just returned home from Morocco recently after their good outing in an international invitational tournament.
In their opening match, Prince Kazeem Eletu walloped Chabab Mohammedia FC 4-2, lost 0-2 to FAR Rabat FC, and defeated U-21 WAC Casablanca 2-0 to end the invitational tournament on a brighter note.
