Ex International, Tajudeen Disu has criticized members of Nigeria Football Federation, NFF led by Amaju Pinnick for their uncaring attitude towards ex-internationals who died recently due to one sickness or the others.
The three ex-internationals who died within three weeks are Segun Adeleke based in Tennesse, USA, Thompson Usiyen based in California, USA, and George Hassan based in Ibadan, Oyo State.
Disu, Chairman of welfare/Players Affairs in (PFAN) expressed shock over the death of ex-internationals slammed the Nigeria football ruling for failing to send representatives to condole the families of the deceased noted that the late footballers deserved all support from NFF because they served this country meritoriously during their active days for the national team.
“I am still in shock over the death of my colleagues because these players served the country wholeheartedly during their active days. But let me confess to you now that no member of NFF has come out to condole with the deceased families.
“This is unfair because these players who died recently had served this country and they deserve all support from NFF unfortunately no single member of NFF sends a condolence message or reaches out to the deceased families, “he said.
