Former Technical Adviser to Abia Warriors, Coach Emmanuel Deutsche has expressed displeasure over the recent sack press release by the Umuahia based club side after lannouncing his resignation.
” How can a Coach who resign will be sack? This people are very funny”. Emmanuel Deutsche retorted.
The former Heartland of Owerri handle revealed that players of Abia Warriors have not been paid match bonuses since the commencement of the 2019/2020 league season.
” How can a player be motivated without the bonuses their use to?”
“These people are just looking for who to use as a scape goat”.
“Sorry, those who know me,know I don’t work that way”.
Deutsche who has one of the finest record with Abia Warriors warned that he honourable resigned following the lack of support he received. He said he is ready to go to word war if he his push any further.
” Imagine an away team got to a match venue before 8:00am for a match that is stipulated to be played by 10:00am. Abia Warriors who are at home were not given the support to be there on time as usual. We managed to get to match venue some minutes to the start of the game and they want the boys to perform magic”.
