The Chief Executive Officer of the Delta Force Football Club of Asaba, Mr Chidi- Emmanuel Okonkwo has charged the players of the club to remain focused ahead of its entry into the elite Nigeria Professional Football League, sports247.ng reports.
Mr Chidi Okonkwo who spoke with the players after training on Monday said the players must take every match seriously as that was the only way the team can survive the rigors of the elite league. He said that the NPFL was for the best players in the country and only those who took their game seriously can excel.
Jude Agbeyeke who made the news available to newsmen said that the Chief Executive Officer of Delta Force also assured the players that the management was already working assiduously towards ensuring that their welfare remained a priority.
He also enjoined the players to maintain the love and peace currently being experienced as that was key to the teams general success. Delta Force are expected to make it’s debut soon after taking over Kada City Football Club of Kaduna slot in the ongoing NPFL.
