Delta Force Manager Emmanuel Deutsch his optimistic that his side will bounce back from their shocking 4-1 defeat to Nasarawa united in the midweek rescheduled NPFL game last week.
Delta Force were blown away by the Solid Miners in the opening 45 minutes as they raced to a three goals lead, with the game ending 4-1 after regulation time.
However, Deutsch said factors are responsible the defeat in Lafia and added that his side are ready to correct the mistakes come Sunday.
“Late arrival, fatigue weather condition and bad artificial pitch are some factors that work against us against Nasarawa united but that is no excuse for us not to get it right”.
” We now have enough rest. We had a training session in plateau state before we journey to Yobe state to honour the week 15 game”.
Delta force who are 6th position with 19 points will face Yobe Desert Stars at the Stephen Keshi Stadium on Sunday.
