David Stockbrink has resumed full training with his club in Germany. The Nigerian who recently returned to Nigeria to take part in the 2024 Federation cup with Excellent FC of Ughelli, Delta State resumed full training with the German side and is in line for the next League game.

“David has now resume training with his team” his mother Mrs Augustina Stockbrink who acts as his representative said through a whatsapp conversation
“He has been certifed fit to resume full play by the team following days off after the federation cup played with excellent football club back in Nigeria” she added
The Mother who accompanied David to Nigeria along with his Father Mr. Eckhard Stockbrink stated further that David’s performance in the Federation cup is a test run of their son’s willingness to play for Nigeria at the national level
Meanhile, David Stockbrink has signed a one year Contract to play for Warta Poznan in Poland, he is due to join the side in July after he must have concluded his High School Diploma.
The teenage sensation is desirous to play for his Motherland Nigeria, even though he is still eligibile to play for Germany.
“It would be a great honor to wear the green white green of Nigeria, the country of my mother, I always feel happy whenever i go to Nigeria ( he does every year).” “Despite been born in Germany, and eligible to play for Germany. I would not mind playing for Nigeria if called upon” David said
