Nigeria Cricket Federation (NCF) are making plans to reveal their annual budget for 2019 in Janaury.
President of the body, Profesor Adams Yahaya told sports247.ng that their budget for capacity building and workshops will be made available at the beginning of every year.
Yahaya stressed that, apart from following regulations that budgets should be made public early each year, the NCF also wants to start their programme in 2019 quickly, in order to grow the sports faster.
Yahaya further said: “This new policy is very important to the federation as it will outline the way we will utilise the man power available to us in achieving our noble objectives.
“At the moment, it is inadequate for us, hence the need to train more coaches through organized programs like training seminars. All of these would surely cost a lot of money, which is why we need early budget.”
