The Nigerian coaches association supremo, Isah Ladan bosso is appealing to the bonafied members of its body to adhere to the medical advice on this lethal Chinese virus, Coronavirus.
Bosso, while speaking to journalists from his home town where he’s observing the self isolation measure, says ” it has come to the knowledge of the executives that some coaches have not taken time to inform and educate other local coaches in their areas.
” The Nigeria football federation, the apex football body we are affiliated with have declared that all football activities be suspended for the prevention of wide spread – with regards this Coronavirus.
” This was a very explicit message for all, meaning no Street football, and any All stars football games whatsoever. Having noticed some people have perhaps, inadvertently failed to stick to the NFF’s messages, it’s imperative for all our senior coaches to pass the messages across in a bid for the community football handlers to understand and obey simple instructions from Nigeria football federation and Federal government ” he bespeaks
The former national team(s) coach, Bosso explains that ” It’s only a living that can work. Coronavirus is a global menace and equally a phenomenon because it has ravaged the whole world, even countries with sophisticated education and health sectors. I am soliciting for complete adherence to the preventive advice given by Nigeria’s authorities at all levels ” he asserted.
It would be recalled that, Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) took the preventive measures advice on Coronavirus from World health organization (WHO); which stated that, people should self isolate themselves, at least for 14 days.
