The organizers of the Cool Hopefuls Cup have officially released the 15-game fixture list, complete with match dates and kick-off times for the highly anticipated preseason scouting tournament.
The competition, featuring eight Nationwide League One (NLO) clubs, promises thrilling encounters.

Group A consists of FC Ebedei, B. E Arena FC, SDK FC, and AAYK FC, while Elebuibon Boyz, FC Ebedei Juniors, Wonderxchange FC, and The Lord’s Favour FA form Group B.
The tournament, proudly sponsored by Ebedei Sports College, kicks off on Monday, February 10, with an opening match at 8:00 AM between Osun-based Elebuibon Boyz and FC Ebedei Juniors. This will be followed at 10:00 AM by Wonderxchange FC vs. The Lord’s Favour FA.
In the afternoon, action resumes as B. E Arena FC faces SDK FC at 2:00 PM, before the highly anticipated clash between FC Ebedei and AAYK FC at 4:00 PM.
Matches will be hosted at Pitch A and the newly built Pitch B of the FC Ebedei Stadium in Apele-Sagamu, with all games set to be streamed live on NLO TV.
Head of the Organizing Committee, Tunde Shamsudeen, expressed his excitement after the draw in Sagamu, stating:
“This schedule is more than just a lineup of exciting fixtures; it sets the stage for a highly competitive scouting tournament that will captivate fans and showcase some of the best NLO clubs.”
The tournament follows a round-robin format, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the semi-finals, culminating in a thrilling final match.
As a key event in Ebedei Sports College’s football calendar, the Cool Hopefuls Cup proudly carries the slogan:
