Chairman of the Organising Committee, Coach AOS Bravo, has praised the Kwara Youth League as a vital platform for grassroots football development in Kwara State.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of the 4th edition of the Kwara Youth Football League, Coach Bravo Olatunji commended the Nigeria Coaches Association, Kwara State Chapter, for its commitment to nurturing young talents through the competition.

He also applauded local coaches for their dedication and professionalism in developing young footballers, noting that the final match between Barca Kiddies and Koller FA showcased promising talents who could become future stars for both the state and the country.
Expressing optimism about the players’ potential, Coach Bravo highlighted past success stories of previously discovered talents now thriving in clubs both locally and internationally.
However, despite the league’s achievements, he lamented the lack of sponsorship and financial support from corporate bodies.
“We sustain this league through our personal earnings, driven by our passion for grassroots football development in Kwara,” he stated.
Coach Bravo urged government agencies, corporate organizations, philanthropists, and football enthusiasts to provide financial backing, ensuring the continuity of the league and keeping young talents engaged.
