The Yellow Submarines suffered their first loss under new boss, Unai Emery in a 3-2 loss to Tenerife in a friendly played at the Pinatar Arena.
Nigerian winger, Samuel Chukwueze was involved in the game in the second half after his team had gone in with the lead at half time.
Two quickfire goals saw Tenerife take the lead but Chukwueze after some individual brilliance set up the equalizer to get his team leveled and sure of better odd for the coming season
Chukwueze and his teammates could not hold on as they conceded the match-winner in the game.
Emery’s men will go back to the drawing board as they strategize for the new La Liga season.
