Okereke’s tenure with Nasarawa United was notable for his goal-scoring prowess, where he hit double digits in the Nigeria Premier League.

His subsequent move to Enyimba FC added to his growing reputation, and after the 2022/23 season, he continued his journey with Bendel Insurance.

During his stint with the Benin Arsenal, he scored four goals, further demonstrating his offensive capabilities.

Now, Okereke brings his skills to Mosta FC, where he will don the number eleven jersey. The Maltese team is currently struggling at the bottom of the Premier League table, and Okereke’s arrival is seen as a critical boost. His experience and ability are expected to be key in lifting Mosta FC’s fortunes.

In an exclusive interview with Digital Sports Press, Okereke shared his enthusiasm about the new challenge:

“I am excited to join Mosta FC and contribute to the team’s success. I am looking forward to working with the coach, staff, and my new teammates to achieve our goals and make the fans proud.”

With Okereke’s arrival, Mosta FC hopes to turn their season around and climb up the league standings, as the young striker aims to make a significant impact in Maltese football.
