Kwara United Football Club’s opponents for the First Leg, First Round of the 2022/2023 TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup competition, RS Berkane has arrived Nigeria ahead of the crucial encounter.
RS Berkane landed at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos around 3.15pm, in a Chartered Flight.
The team entered Nigeria alongside the opponents of Rivers United Football Club, Wydad Casablanca, as the later proceeded to Port Harcourt for the match billed for Adokie Amaesiamaka Stadium, Rivers state.
According to reports, both Wydad Casablanca and RS Berkane played a league game on Sunday October 2nd, in Casablanca, the home of Wydad, where they defeated RS Berkane by 2-0.
Kwara United FC will host RS Berkane at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Lagos on Sunday October 9th, 2022, with the return leg coming up next weekend in Berkane, Morocco.
