Rivers United to hold final training session at Godswill Akpabio International Stadium at 1700 hours
Rivers United FC are scheduled to train for the final time on Friday evening before their CAF TotalEnergies Confederation’s Cup group B tie against ASEC Mimosa of Ivory Coast.
On the eve of the meeting with the 1998 CAF champions league winners, manager Stanley Eguma will put the players through their paces at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, venue of Sunday’s encounter.
Training is scheduled to start at 5pm (1700 hours) Nigeria time, with the first fifteen minutes open to the media.
Eguma and a selected player will attend the pre-match press conference on Saturday, starting from 12 noon (1200 hours) at the conference hall of the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
