After the head to head match with Sporting Royal ended 2 – 2 on Thursday, Buruj Sports Academy boys are set for another showdown.
Following the invitation received from the management of Kings FC of Victoria Island, Buruj Boys are set to meet the team at the Elegbeta Synthetic Pitch, Apogbon Ebute Ero, Lagos Island on Sunday by 3 pm.
The proposed match test is aimed to further put the Buruj Boys in proper shape as part of their preparations for another international tourney.
The CEO Dr Salaudeen Waheed, while fielding questions from newsmen, said: “The match is an avenue to test the readiness of the players and fortify the team as they take up their international granule.”

He also harped on the need to further test some of the new players inline with the laid down formation and standard of the academy as there seem to be an awakened potential engulfing in some of the players as witnessed in the last match thus they can be integrated into the team.
According to him, more friendly games will still come up as well as league matches to stoke the team. He concluded.
