The CEO of Buruj Sports Academy, Salaudeen Waheed has congratulates the APC Governorship Candidate for the next year’s general election, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu who beat the incumbent Governor Akinwunmi Ambode to the ticket during the primary elections held last week.
Dr. Buruj as fondly called by admirers posited that the victory of Mr. Sanwo-Olu in the primaries was a testimony that party faithful truly prefer change of guard at the Round House, the office of the Governor next year and challenged Lagosians in general to troop out en-masse to cast their votes for the APC flagbearer so that he can consolidate on the good works of his predecessors.
He also pledged the full support of his academy ahead of general elections, saying sport is another veritable tool for publicity and promotion of the ideals and manifesto of the party through it’s candidate.
“We at Buruj Sports Academy received the news of Mr. Sanwo-Olu’s emergence as APC candidate ahead of next general elections with great joy. We know him as a tested and trusted individual in public service having been part of the ruling party government since the time of Asiwaju Tinubu. ”
“He is a Lagosian to the core and he is well equipped to move ahead where the present Governor will stop. We will support him with everything we have and we are imploring Lagosians to give him their full support so that he can consolidate on the gains of the Ambode administration. ”
“On our part, we will use all our channels to campaign for him and hopefully, he will become the next big thing to happen to Lagos State, ” he submitted.
