Buruj Sports Academy’s friendly against Gbagada FC this Friday will be used as a dress rehearsal for the players to have a feel of the facilities that will host some aspects of their weekly training and of course the upcoming 10th Anniversary Celebrations coming up on February 10.
The Araromi Youth Development Centre situated at Gbagada Round About, Gbagada Lagos, is will be the venue for the event where music and soccer will be in full display as Alhaji Abaass Akande Obesere will be joined by other hip-hop artistes to entertain the guests while the young players of the academy will also showcase their potentials in soccer artistry.
The kits which will serve as entry tickets to the venue on the day of anniversary are still on sale and can be purchased at the Ikorodu office of the academy at No 8, Adeniran Oshodi, Street, Ogoloto Bus Stop, Ikorodu, Lagos.
The match against Gbagada FC will kick off by 7.00 am and it will also be used as part of preparation for their upcoming international outings as the management put the finishing touches to their registration procedures ahead of the tour which will take them to countries like England, Spain and Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
Few slots are still available for young talents who are determined to play their way to stardom in world class competitions where they can be scouted and consider for development and good contracts in a not too distant future while members of the public who want to travel with entourage as supporters club will be considered.
