The management of Buruj Sports Academy have joined other compatriots to celebrate the country’s 59th Independent Anniversary.
In a statement released from the office of the CEO Dr. Salaudeen Wagers, the occasion marking the anniversary should be used to reevaluate the country’s drive in the area of youth and sports development as a veritable tool for social emancipation.
It also reiterated the commitment of the management to its objectives of creating a sure avenue for the youths to live their dreams, most especially those who are well talented to play football at the highest level in a foreseeable future.

“As stakeholders in the area of youth and sports development, it is our sincere wish and hope that the solemn occasion will be used to reassess our priorities in the quest for attainment of social emancipation.”
“We also reaffirm our unflinching commitment to using sports and football in particular to help more Nigerian youths to live their dreams. We hope government at all levels will also seize the opportunity provided by the occasion to chart a new course by supporting our drive for more investment in grassroots football development,” the statement reads in part.
