Enyimba FC finally broke their 10-game winless streak in emphatic fashion, defeating Mozambique’s Black Bulls Maputo 4-1 in a CAF Confederations Cup clash at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo.

The home side, reeling from a 3-0 defeat in the reverse fixture, started brightly. Joseph Atule opened the scoring in the sixth minute, marking Enyimba’s first goal in five games. However, defensive lapses allowed Black Bulls’ Ejaita Ifoni to equalize moments later.
