The highly anticipated ConerWise Fight Championship (CWFC) bout between Michael Ikechukwu and Ganiyu Kolawole has drawn a lot of attention off the ring and both boxers trade words.
Michael had earlier urged fans to come very early so as not to miss the fight as he aims to end it in the first round and Ganiyu replied calling him an empty barrel.
“Empty barrels make the loudest noise. I don’t have time for you, let’s do the talking in the ring and not outside,” Ganiyu told Sports247.
He also urged the fans to come out in numbers to watch the fight as he believed the country is about to witness a great fight which they won’t regret.
“Come get full entertainment and value for your money because it has been long since Nigeria witnessed this kind of battle and we’re bringing boxing back so you won’t regret money spent,” Ganiyu said.
