Lucky Mary was for the second time at the Betsy Obaseki women football tournament crowned the man of the match when Heartland Queens gallantly lost to host team Edo Queens FC of Benin 1-2 in the quarter finals of the tourney on Saturday 28th of October at the western boys city high school Benin city.

Heartland Queens showed class and dominated the game in both halves but it was Edo Queens who drew first blood through a finish from a rebound ball to get the advantage over Heartland Queens.
Heartland Queens fourth back in the second half to get the equalizer through Onyedikachi’s header to keep the game leveled at 1-1.
The game which was bedeviled with questionable officiating dragged till 90mins and dragged into extra time.
