Bologna coach Sinisa Mihajlovic has likened the importance of Simy Nwankwo at struggling FC Cotrone to that of Romelu Lukaku at Serie A leaders Inter Milan.
Mihajlovic’s men visit bottom-placed Crotone in the matchday 28 of the league campaign on Saturday (Mar 20).
Speaking to the media ahead of the game, the Serbian praised his opponents and pointed out Simy as a threat.
“Crotone have a team that plays well, have players who can put us in trouble, and a striker who has scored 12 goals.
“That is Simy. To score 12 goals for a team that has 15 points means having the same importance as [Romelu] Lukaku has at Inter.
“We can’t underestimate them, they are a respectable team. Then there will be a reason for why they have 15 points. I don’t think they are stronger than us, but we can’t make a mistake in our attitude.
“But we’ll have a lot of chances to win the game.”
