Nigerian Oluwole Bolatito suffered her first pro career defeat in New Zealand on Saturday as Zew Zealand’s Lami Daniel defended her IBF women’s light-heavyweight world title.
The fight which took place at Claudelands Arena, saw both boxers battle for points through the scheduled ten rounds in a fierce contest which ended in unanimous decision for Daniels as three judges scored card reads 100-90, 97-93, 98-92.

Lani Daniel continued her dominance in two- divisions, as she took her boxing record to win 9 wins in 10 fights with just 2 losses and one knock out win.
Bolatito Oluwole is ranked 5th on Boxrec, 6th in WBA and has her clean record dented with one defeat in 10 fights.
Oluwole Bolatito takes the defeat in stride and promises to be back while thanking Nigerians for their support as she wrote on her social media pages after her defeat,
