Blessed Stars Football Academy today were hosted by Carabana Football Academy a subsidiary of NNL side FC One Rocket. The match which was played at the training ground of Carabana Football Academy began by 8:30am.
The match with Carabana Football Academy is said to be the third match of Blessed Stars Football Academy for this season and the first draw/goalless game.
Blessed Stars began the match with intense pressure to their host Carabana Football Academy with several attempts and misses done by the Blessed Stars striker Anietie Bassey and Aniekan Bassey. Another attempt was missed by just an inch to the goal made by Wisdom Johnny.
During the second half, Blessed Stars dominated their host. The game which was witnessed by FIFA intermediary/agent Mr. Ojo Paul amongst others got praises from fans for a well played game.
Blessed Stars is expected to play Akwa United FC later this week in a friendly game at the Nest of Champions, Uyo.
