As registration for the 2018/2019 Bet9ja Nigeria National League (NNL),continues ,clubs have been requested by the management of the League to ensure they submit contractual agreement they entered with each of their player to the NNL secretariat for documentation.
This is part of the mandatory conditions for clubs to register for the new League season. All clubs are to submit detailed completed agreement (Club/Players Contractual Agreement)for the engagement of players to the club to be domiciled at the NNL.
Chief Operating Officer(COO),Lawrence Katken says the demand is germain to help checkmate illegal movement of players and to avoid unnecessary players transfer friction and arbitration cases.
In a strong warning,Katken notes that the non submission of the contractual agreement between the Clubs and their players and evidence of transfer from their former clubs will lead to non registration of such a player with the NNL for the 2019 League season.
This is aside the usual papers for the processing of the player’s Licence with League body.
