Two matches have been fixed for Bendel Insurance of Benin in the same weekend as the fixtures of the Nigerian National League NNL and the Federation’s Cup have clash.
Bendel Insurance has expressed thier worry on how to go about the tight schedule on Saturday and Sunday in thier various social media handles.
Insurance are expected to face Nasarawa United 4pm on Saturday in the round of 16 of the Federation’s Cup in the prestigeous Enyimba International Stadium, Aba.
In the NNL, Insurance will do battle against J. Atete in a neutral ground at Abakaliki Stadium on Sunday. Though the Edo Arsenal now have the status of an NPFL side since qualifying from group B1, having 46 points and with a 10 point gap above second place Gateway United.
Bendel Insurance Football Club, on the road so far in the Federation’s Cup have sent packing Ottasolo FC and Katsina United Junior team and are under pressure to eliminate Nasarawa United as they fell to same team in the same competition at the same stage last season.
