In preparation for the upcoming 2023 African Games Qualifiers in Ghana, the Beach Volleyball national team has announced the list of players invited to the training camp.
The camp activities are scheduled to kick off on January 7, 2024, in Kaduna.
The selected male players include Victory Eze, Philip Zakka, Hilary Simon, Obayemi Ogunshina, Emenike Ezike, Peter Ibrahim, Sunday Jibrin, and Sylvester Ike.
On the women’s side, the invited players are Francisca Ikihide, Esther Mbah, Naomi Yaro, Pamela Bawa, Sarah Sandra, Ibrahim Fadila, and Happy Wushilang.
The training camp will serve as a very important period for the players to hone their skills and build team cohesion ahead of the rigorous qualifiers.
The coaching staff aims to prepare the team adequately for the challenges they will face as they strive to secure a spot in the prestigious 2023 African Games.
